DATA REQUIRED: (1) AP-105 with Dual FD-109, Collins Drawing Index 992-2648-001, dated April 18, 1980, with optional Elevator Trim Servo Drawing Index 992-2646-001, dated April 21, 1980; (2) AP-105 with Dual FD-108, Collins Drawing Index 992-2649-001, dated April 18, 1980, with optional Trim Servo Drawing Index 992-2646-001, dated April 21, 1980; (3) FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, dated February 18, 1975 for FD-109 or FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, dated October 3, 1978 for FD-108; (4) or latest FAA Approved revision of (1), (2) or (3).

Limitations and Conditions: (1) Only Autopilot and Flight Director are approved. (2) This approval should not be extended to other specific airplanes of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane. (3) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
