An increase in flap speeds is optional with this modification for Lockheed 18, but aircraft not certificated under SR407 must have placard installed calling out increased flap speed as shown on AFM Supplement dated 9/29/61 and Lockheed 18 certificated under SR407 must have FAA Approved AFM Supplement dated 9/29/61 and placard calling out increased flap speeds.
This STC is part of the basic Howard 250 and H250 Tri-Gear modifications and this modification is covered in the flight manuals for each model.
Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
