1. FAA Approved AFM Supplements dated 10/8/64 are required for Lockheed 18 with Flight Manuals or placards for aircraft modified without flight manuals.

2. Adequate power must be assured for each electrically heated windshield and the effect of the electrically heated windshield determined on navigational equipment.

3. For aircraft with or without windshield heat approved W/S anti-icing, W/S wiper and defrosting systems to meet or be equal to visibility required by CAR 4a.505 (b) (b).

4. This STC is part of the basic Howard 250 and H250 Tri-Gear configurations and is covered by the flight manuals for these models.

Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
