Learjet Master Document List No. T100048, Revision B, stamped FAA Approved January 11, 1985, or later FAA Approved revision, to wing external stores attach points installed per STC SA1670CE or Learjet Engineering Change Record (ECR) 2573.
1. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) No. W1045 dated 1/11/85, or AFMS No. W1126, Change 2, dated 1/24/90, is required as specified in Learjet Drawing No. T100048-01, Rev. E, or later FAA Approved revision.
2. Airplanes requiring AFMS No. W1045 are in restricted category.
3. Airplanes requiring AFMS No. W1126 are in restricted category when any target launcher is installed. Conversion instructions between transport and restricted category are defined in Learjet Special Mission Supplement MM-99-SMS-5 dated 1/12/90, or later FAA Approved revision. (See Continuation Sheet page 3)

4. Installation of STC SA1670CE or ECR2573 is required equipment.
5. The airplane is not approved for flight into known icing when it is in restricted category.
6. This approval should not be extended to other specific airplanes of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane.
