727-222, 727-22, 727-22QC Description of Type Design Change : Installation of McMillan Radome P/N 2593 as a replacement for Boeing Radome P/N 65-2040, in accordance with FAA Approved United Air Lines Report Number F- 1390 dated July 1, 1969.

Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applied basically to Models 727-222, 727-22, and 727-22QC only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previ ously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the ai rworthiness of that aircraft. This determination should include consideration of significant changes in weight distribution such as an increase in the fixed disposable weight in the fuselage. If the holder agr ees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
