The to be done in accordance with Holmes Aviaiton Products Master Drawing List Number HAP-033001MDL issue 2, dated May 5, 2004 (Transport Canada approved June 10, 2004) plus Holmes Aviaiton Products document number CI-HAP-C2-1, dated May 26, 2004.
1. Maintenance must be in accordance with Maintenance Manual Supplement – Holmes Aviaiton Products document number CI- HAP-C2-1, Revision A, dated April 13, 2005.
2. This installation may be accomplished on airplanes that either have or do not have STC number SA1070NE incoprorated.
3. The airplane must have the finlets installed that are associated with the 670-4930 Edo floats.
4. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
