Installation of Great Lakes Products windshield part numbers W-2055, W/G-2055, or W/T-2055 on Models 170A and 170B, and part numbers W-2060, W/T-2060, or W/G-2060 on Model 170 in accordance with Great Lakes Aero Products Installation A-4, revised October 23, 2006, or later FAA approved revisions.
1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modification.
2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
