This alteration is to be made in accordance with Data List BE-300-2, dated 8/14/92, or later approved revisions. Amendment 1: Establishes the KLN-88 as an independent system, isolated from the EFIS-10A Electronic Flight Instrument System, the Flight Director, and Autopilot Systems in accordance with Data List BE-300-18, dated 7/7/99, or later FAA (DAS) approved revisions.
: FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement for Raytheon Model 300 Super King Air with AlliedSignal KLN-88 Loran-C Navigation System, dated December 22, 1992, or later FAA (DAS) approved revisions, is required. Approved for IFR/VFR enroute navigation.
Approved for VMC flight only in terminal areas. Compatibility of this alteration with other approved alterations must be determined by the installer.
