Modify type design by installation of Ancra Cargo Net Assy. 40234-10 used in conjunction with either Brownline Pattel Assy. 22630-51 or Heath Tecna Patel Assy. 10065-1 as specified in the aircraft weight and balance manual, Document D6-14083 and FAA Approved Drawing DL 40234.

Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies to 707-321C only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. This determination should include consideration of significant changes in weight distribution, such as an increase in the fixed disposable weight in the fuselage. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
