The modified airplane must be operated in accordance with an FAA approved copy of the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated August 16, 1983, or later FAA approved revision. A copy of this Certificate and Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
