Installation of Luminescent Systems Inc. Floor Proximity Emergency Escape Path Marking System in accordance with Trans World Airlines Engineering Report No. 1748, Revision C, dated December 3, 1993, or later FAA approved revisions.

In addition to the certification basis shown above, compliance has been demonstrated with Federal Aviation Regulation, Part 25, FAR 25.812(e), Amendment 25-58. This approval should not be extended to other specific airplanes of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane.

This system has been demonstrated to comply with the applicable airworthiness requirements with inoperative light assemblies as noted in Trans World Airlines, Inc. letter of August 29, 1986, to FAA/WACO, Wichita, KS. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
