Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of “Stow-All” overhead stowage bins and a Class Divider in accordance with KME Drawing List Numbers KME 1385-1DL, Revision C, dated January 10, 1984; KME 1385-2DL, Revision E, dated January 10, 1984; and KME 2100DL, Revision C, dated February 9, 1984, or later Federal Aviation Administration approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies basically to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. The resulting interior arrangement, along with the required placarding, has not been evaluated and are not part of this supplemental type certificate. A copy of this certificate and KME Drawing List Numbers KME 1385-1DL, KME 1385-2DL, and KME 2100DL shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
