This approval is limited to the installation of the dual camera belly ports on Cessna model T210N aircraft, Serial Number 21063958, Registration Number N4594Y only. The modified airplane must be operated in accordance with the FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated February 10, 1984, or later FAA approved revision. A copy of this Certificate and Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement must be carried in the modified airplane at all times.
