1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. Installation of Teledyne Continental IO-550-B aircraft engine must be derated to 285 H.P. on the applicable aircraft model unless engine mounts 35-910027-1, 35-910027-7, 35-910027-9, 35-910027-11, 35-910027-3, and 35-910027-5 are installed.

5. Aircraft equipped with canted front engine mounts No. 35-910027-11, 35-910027-9, and rear engine mounts No. 35-910027-5, 35-910027-3 or front engine mounts No. 35-910027-7, 35-910027-1 and rear engine mounts No. 35-910027-5, 35-910027-3 are eligible for optional D’Shannon Products Cooling Air Baffle Kit for indicated models when installed in accordance with D'Shannon Installation Instructions Document #DSP-IM95-1, rev. 6, dated April 16, 2002, and Drawing List BDS-DW-200A-01, revision 1, dated February 14, 1995, or later FAA approved revision.

6. Aircraft equipped with strai ght engine mounts No. 35-910018-1, 35-910018-2, and 35-910019(2), or 35-910018-3, 35-910018- 4, 35-910019-1, and 35-910019-3, are eligible for optional D’Shannon Products Cooling Air Baffle Kit for indicated models when installed in accordance with D'Shannon Installation Instructions Document #DSP-IM96-1, rev. 5, dated September 24, 2003, and Drawing List DW-200A-03, revision 3, dated February 11, 1997, or later FAA approved revision.

7. STC SA542WE engine cowl flap assembly is optional for Beech Models 35-33, 35-A33, 35-B33, 33-C33, E33, F33. Nose bowl air intake modifications called out on drawing 68B001 and 54-10-00 are optional on all 33 and 35 models.
