Data Sheet A7EU Original Product Type Certificate Number A7EU Make : Avions Marcel Dassault Model : Fan Jet Falcon Series C, D, E and F Description of Type Design Change: Installation of dual Tracor Model 7800 VLF/Omega navigation system in accordance with FAA sealed Tracor Aviation Drawing List DL-329-001, Revision A, dated December 15, 1983; or later FAA sealed revision. FAA approved Tracor Aviation Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated December 30, 1983 or later FAA approved revision is required as part of this installation.
Limitations and Conditions: The approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. This determination should include consideration of significant changes in weight distribution such as an increase in the fixed disposable weight of the fuselage. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
