1. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement Manual No. 407-017-504 dated September 3, 1976, or later FAA approved revision, is required when Brittain Model B-5 Flight control System is installed in Lake LA-4, LA-4-200;

OR, Supplement Manual No. 407-017-504A dated May 25, 1984, or later FAA approved revision, is required when Brittain Model B-5 Flight Control System is installed in Lake Model 250.

2. FAA Approved Airplane flight Manual Supplement Manual No. 407-017-501 dated September 16, 1976, or later FAA approved revision, is required when Brittain Model BSS Stability Augmentation System is installed in Lake LA-4, LA-4-200;

OR, Supplement Manual No. 407-017-501A dated May 25, 1984, or later FAA approved revision, is required when Brittain Model BSS Stability Augmentation System is installed in Lake Model 250.
