1. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated September 9, 1976, or January 3, 1977, or March 30, 1978, is required for S/N 414-0001 through 414-0800 with TSIO-520-N engines;

OR Supplement dated October 16, 1979, or dated April 30, 1981, is required for S/N 414-0001 through 414-0800 with TSIO-520-N, or –NB engines;

OR Supplement dated January 12, 1982, is required for S/N 414-0001 through S/N 414-0800 with Continental TSIO-520-N, or –NB engines McCauley 3AF32C93/ 82NC-5.5 or 3AF32C505/82NEA-5.5 propellers.

2. Aircraft must be placarded: Turbo Limitations Must Be Located On Instrument Panel in Plain View of the Pilot. For additional limitations see airplane flight manual supplement.

3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
