Installation of Continental IO-470-N engine and McCauley 2A36C23/84B-0, or 2A37C223/90RB-6, or Beech 278-100-11/278-214-82, or 278-100-13/278-214-82, or Flottorp F12A-3/8400-2 propeller in accordance with Installation Instructions Blue Star Conversion LWS 470 C-G, Revision 2, dated August 29, 1978, or later FAA Approved revision.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. FAA Approved E. E. Palmer and Lou Stallings Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, dated September 7, 1978 or D’Shannon Products Airplane Flight Manual Supplement FMS2361-1, dated February 25, 2002, or later FAA Approved revision is a required part of this STC.

3. Induction Air Box Installation DSP-IM95-10 Rev. B, dated March 23, 2012, or later FAA Approved revision is optional with this modification.

4. Engine Cooling Air Baffles per STC SA01165CH and installed per Installation Manual DSP-IM97-1 Rev NC dated June 22, 1998 or later FAA Approved revision is optional with this modification.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
