Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Pacific Propeller, Inc. 22D40/AG200-2 and 22D40/6533A-12 propellers, governors, and associated systems on Pratt & Whitney R-1340 series engines in accordance with FAA sealed Pacific Propeller, Inc. Installation Instructions No. 8004 and 8005, respectively.
Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this Certificate, Addendum No. SA2386NM, and Pacific Propeller Installation Instructions Nos. 8004 and 8005 shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. (See Continuation Sheet, Page 3.)
