Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Continental I0-470-N engine and McCauley 2A36C23/84B-0 propeller in accordance with Stewart Gross Installation Instructions dated April 26, 1978.
Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this modification is applicable to Beech Models 35-C33 and F33 aircraft that are otherwise unmodified. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models that incorporate any previously approved modification unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this modification and any other previously approved modification will introduce no adverse effect on the airworthiness of these aircraft.
This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.

The limitations and conditions shown on Aircraft Specification 3A15 for the Beech Models 35-C33 and F33 and E33 aircraft with Continental I0-470-K remain applicable with the Continental I0-470-N engine installed except:

A cylinder head temperature indicator is required in the aircraft to comply with the requirements of CAR 3.675.
FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated May 4, 1978 is required with this installation of Model 35-C33 aircraft.
FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated November 14, 1978 is required with this installation on Model F33 aircraft.
FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated November 23, 1981 is required with this installation on Model E33 aircraft.
A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of each aircraft modified in accordance with this STC.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
