This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.

Gross weights in excess of those shown on aircraft specification A-765 but not in excess of 9772 lbs. landing and extension of rear C.G. extremes cannot be realized unless a gross weight basic modernization kit (STC SA2-820 or SA4-1462 or equivalent) is incorporated. FAA Approved Flight Manual dated 05/03/62 required as part of the installation. Airplane Flight Supplement revision dated 04/03/64 required when rear C.G. extremes are extended.
