Dual hydraulic pump installation on Piper PA 23 aircraft in accordance with drawings called out in Robertson Aircraft sealed Drawing List No. 20H. New Eastern Industries hydraulic pump 1233- HNG Type 311 is installed on the right engine and pump 1233-HNG Type 311 replaces existing pump on left engine.
FAA Approved Robertson Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement 20H-1 dated 12 November 1971 is required.

The approval of this change in type design applies basically to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of these aircraft. A copy of this c ertificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for each aircraft so modified.
