2. The approval of this change affects Beechcraft Models 200/B200 airplanes as follows: Commuter Air Transport or Commuter Air Technology Pilot's Operating Handbook (POH) and FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual (AFM) Supplement No. CAT 1012, dated January 27, 1989, or revised POH/AFM dated March 25, 1993, or later FAA Approved revisions; and Commuter Air Transport Maintenance Manual Supplement, dated January 5, 1989, are required. Airplanes must also be modified to incorporate a Dual Aft Body Strakes installation in accordance with STC SA3519NM.

3. The approval of this change affects Beechcraft Model 200T airplanes as follows: Commuter Air Technology POH and FAA Approved AFM Supplement No. CAT 1013, dated January 22, 1993, or later FAA Approved revisions; and Commuter Air Transport Maintenance Manual Supplement, dated January 5, 1989, are required.

4. The Commuter Air Transport Drawing List No. CAT 200T-1 includes required and optional modifications as follows:

REQUIRED MODIFICATIONS

a. STC SA2698NM-S: Quiet Turbofan Propeller/Swept Turbofan Propeller

b. STC SA3591NM: Lower Aft Fuselage Strakes

c. STC SA1668NM: New Main Landing Gear Doors; or STC SA4175NM: Fully Enclosed Main Landing Gear Door System.

d. STC SA1620CE: Wing Front Spar Reinforcement Kit

e. STC SA2352CE: 11,000 pound Increase Maximum Zero Fuel Weight

f. Airspeed Indicator Marking change: Barber Pole limit VMO should be 239 KIAS, or as limited by MMO of 0.48;

Minimum Control Speed VMC red line should be 91 KIAS.

g. Tip tanks must be removed and replaced by standard Beech Model 200 series wing tips IAW approved procedures.

h. Fuel management placard: as required by STC SA2352CE "Aux Fuel Tanks must be empty if Zero Fuel Weight Exceeds 10,000 lbs" (located on or near fuel control panel).
