1. The approval of this change in type design applies to the basic aircraft of the specified model that is otherwise unmodified.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

Installation of an air-to-air intercooler in the engine induction system downstream of the turbocharger per aircraft portion of Riley International Master Drawing List R-15741, Revision "G", dated November 9, 1984, or later FAA approved revisions. STC SE2529NM is required as part of this installation.

For P210N P21000001 through P21000150, Riley International Corporation Supplemental Airplane Flight Manual (AFM) No. I, dated January 4, 1985, or later FAA approved revisions is required.

For P210N S/N P21000151 through P21000760, Riley International Corporation Pilots Operating Handbook and FAA Approved AFM Supplement No. I to Textron Aviation (Cessna) Model P210N Airplane POH-AFM, dated November 20, 1984, or later FAA approved revisions is required.

For P210N S/N P21000761 through P21000834, Riley International Corporation Pilots Operating Handbook and FAA Approved AFM Supplement No. 2 to Textron Aviation (Cessna) Model 210N airplane POH-AFM, dated February 21, 1985, or later FAA approved revisions is required.
