The limitations and conditions of Data Sheet No. 3A15 apply except as shown below.

A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of each airplane modified in accordance with this STC.

1. The Continental TSIO-520-D engine must be modified in accordance with STC SE57WE to incorporate Rajay turbosuperchargers in lieu of the original AiResearch turbosupercharger.

2. The FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated July 6, 1972, is required with this installation.

3. Model E33C and F33C are not eligible for operation in the Acrobatic Category when this STC is incorporated. The revision to this manual dated November 7, 1973, is required for Models 35-C33A, E33A, E33C, F33A, and F33C.

4. The approval of this change in type design applies to the basic Beech 33 and 35 series models noted on page 1 of this STC. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
