1. Advisory Circular AC 91-16 Attachment 2, when modified IAW STC SA860CE and SA2596WE; and

2. Rockwell International Corporation Drawing No. 282-710027, with all associated Engineering Orders dated September 22, 1972, or prior; and

3. FAA approved Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement dated September 27, 1972, or later FAA approved revisions.

The approval of this type design applies basically to Rockwell International Model NA-265-40 only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.
