B (4/21/78), Rev C (7/27/78), Rev. D (6/11/80) and EGO H2621A (11/24/80) install an ARINC Coimwnications Addressing and TV>Dorting System (ACARS) . ECO's H2414 Rev. E (6/21/81) and Rev. F (6/26/81) provide ails for identical installations of optional ACARS cockpit printers on the ./-200 series aircraft. EGO H3022AX (12/31/87) provides for the use of the Miltope / TP4085 or Datametrics ACARS printers as suitable alternates.
System functions and design are described in ARINC document SE-76008 and Teledyne Controls Document 2225841-2.
This approval should not be incorporated in any aircraft of this specific model until conpatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications has been determined by the installer.
The VHF radio used in this installation must be registered with the Federal Communications Conmission for type 6A9 or I3A9 emission.
