Installation of Bellon Concrete, Inc., Single Piece Windshield in accordance with FAA approved drawing “Gene’s” 72501 dated December 4, 1972 (or later FAA Approved revision) or Alternate Single Piece Sloped Windshield Installation in accordance with Beryl D’Shannon Aviation Specialities, Inc., Drawing B19000 (Sheets 1-5). Revisin C, dated March 15, 1979, (or later FAA approved revision).

The approval of this change in type design applies basically to the aircraft models listed above and should not be extended to other specific models of these airplanes on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse affect upon the airworthiness of that airplane.
