The approval of this change in type design applies basically to the aircraft models listed on FAA Approved Master Eligibility List Number MEL-1001 and should not be extended to other specific models of these airplanes on which other previously approved modifications are in-corporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse affect on the airworthiness of that airplane.

Note 1: This STC as amended August 16, 1978, includes Beryl D’Shannon Aviation Specialties, Inc., drawing B1002, “Installation of Optional Large Baggage Door and Step,” dated July 17, 1978, (or later FAA approved revision) as an optional installation. This option is provided under “General Note” 2 of drawing B1001, (sheet 3), “Installation of Enlarged Window and Enlarged Baggage Compartment,” Revision L (or later FAA approved revision). Accomplishment of the drawing B1001 installation is necessary if optional drawing B1002 is to be installed.
