DC-10-30 Description of Type Design Change: Cabin configuration will be cha nged to accommodate 40 F.C. and 245 Coach passengers. Coat closet will be installed aft of LH & RH Door 1. Coach seats will be reworked from ten across to nine across. Video projection system w ill be installed in Zone A, B & C and the miscellaneous, and emergency equipment will be relocated as require d, in accordance with United Air Lines, DAS-1-WE, Approved Drawing List No. 2705, dated September 14, 1985 or later FAA approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not extended to othe r specific airplanes of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incor porated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this ch ange and any of those other prev iously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, th e holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
