Part 3 of the Civil Air Regulations as listed in the Type Certificate Data Sheet.

Decsription of Type Design Change: Installation of double composite commuter seats on the seat rails per Aviation Fabricators Drawing List No. AF-130 stamped “FAA Approved” May 2, 1991, or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: This STC approves only the installation of the parts contained in the above section “Description of Type Design Change”. The requirements for the aisle width, passenger oxygen system, seats and safety belts, and upholstery coverings will require a separate FAA approval to verify compatibility with installation of this STC. Compatibility of this modification with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
