Installation of Fairchild A100A Cockpit Voice Recorder in accordance with (1) Omni-Tech, Inc. Top Drawing VRRK1100, Revision "A", dated April 17, 1991, and (2) FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) VRRK1190, Revision "None", dated May 8, 1991, or later FAA approved revisions of (1) or (2).
Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If airplane is equipped with Collins HF-9000 Receiver/Transmitter (R/T), the R/T must be relocated in accordance with STC SA2718CE. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
