This Certificate issued to Ada Bernice Berghoefer 78-7070 Alii Drive D 106 Kailua-Kona, HI 96740 Part 3 of the Civil Air Regulations. Dated November 1, 1949 as amended by 3-1 Original Product Type Certificate Number :

3A13 CESSNA 182M (Normal Category) Description of Type Design Change: Installation of External Cargo Pack (ski carrier) in accordance with FAA Sealed Wirly Sales Drawing List No. 182000.

Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies basically to Cessna 182M only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. This determination should include consideration of significant changes in weight distribution such as an increase in the fixed disposable weight in the fuselage.

Supplemental Type Certificate Addendum No. SA2723WE is a part of the Certificate. A copy of this Certificate, STC Addendum No. SA2723WE, and Wirly Sales Installation Instructions No. 182102 shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for this modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

The conditions and limitations of Type Certificate Data Sheet 3A13 apply except as follows:

This Addendum, which is part of Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA2723WE prescribes conditions and limitations under which the product for which the STC was issued meets the airworthiness requirements of the Civil Air Regulations. A copy of this Addendum shall be maintained as part of the modified aircraft permanent records.

NOTE 1. Current weight and balance report including list of equipment included in certificated empty weight, and loading instructions when necessary, must be in the aircraft.

NOTE 2. The following placards must be installed:

(a) In front of and in clear view of the pilot.
