737-200 series Description of Type Design Change: Installation of dual Collins FD-109A Flight Director systems in accordance with United Air Lines, DAS-1-WE, Drawing List No. 2734 dated August 25, 1987, or later FAA approved revision. United Airlines FAA Appr oved Flight Manual Supplement on FD-109A Flight Directors dated August 25, 1987, for Boeing 737 Airp lane Flight Manual D6-8737.291A is required as part of this installation.

Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies basically to the 737-200 series only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are in corporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this cha nge and any of those other previ ously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
