STC SE2741NM and Report No. ATI 082386.
1. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement for Mooney Model M20J, dated March 21, 1986, or later FAA approved revision is required.
2. This installation is limited to Mooney M20J aircraft with the McCauley B2D34C214-90 DHB-16E propeller.
3. Installer must determine compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
