Description of Type Design Change: Installation of right and left hand cockpit side windows in accordance with FAA sealed Beryl D’ Shannon Aviation Specialties, Inc. Drawing List DLB-1301 or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Vent windows P/N’s B-1308, -1 and -2 are not to be opened above 145 MPH. If an alternate static source is installed in the cockpit, it is not to be used with the vent windows open. The approval of this change in type design applies basically to Beech Models 35-33, 35-A33, 35-B33, 35-C33, 35-C33A, C33, E33A, E33C, F33, F33A, F33C, G33, H35, J35, K35, M35, N35, P35, S35, V35, V35A, V35B, 36, and A36 only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
