Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Flight Dynamics (FD) Head-Up Display Guidance System, Model 1000, in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) sealed FD Installation Drawing List, 9701-0130, revision levels as listed on the AML, or later FAA-approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies to the aircraft models listed on FAA AML SA2911NM, and should not be extended to other specific models of these airplanes on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane. A copy of this certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for this modified aircraft. Airplanes must be operated in accordance with the limitations in the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement listed in the AML for the applicable airplane model (or later FAA-approved revision).
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
