The limitations and conditions of Data Sheet A7SO apply except as outlined below. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of each airplane modified in accordance with this STC. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Airplane Flight Manual The FAA Approved Rajay Airplane Flight Manual dated October 22, 1974, is required with this installation.

Limitation of Applicability The approval of this change in type design applies to the basic PA-34-200 aircraft that is otherwise unmodified.

NOTE: The applicant has demonstrated voluntary compliance with the induction heat rise recommendations contained in the letter of May 21, 1970, from the FAA Southern Region to Piper Aircraft Corporation.
