The limitations and conditions of Aircraft Specification No. 1A13 apply except as outlined below. A copy of this Supplemental Type Certificate must be included in the permanent records of each airplane modified in accordance with this Supplemental Type Certificate. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Engine Limits For all unsupercharged operations, 2700 rpm, Full throttle (200 HP).

For all turbosupercharged operations from 3,500 feet to 20,000 feet, 2700 rpm

28.5 in. Hg.

Airspeed Limits Never exceed Vne and maximum structural cruising Vno;

Reduce Vne and Vno 3 MPH per 1,000 feet above 18,000 feet.

Airplane Flight Manual The FAA Approved Rajay Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated February 14, 1975 is required with this installation.

Limitation of Applicability The approval of this change in type design applies to the basic Lake LA-4-200 aircraft that are otherwise unmodified.
