Installation of Wipaire Model 13000 Amphibian Floats in accordance with Wipaire Drawing No. 7C1-3002, Revision L, dated July 20, 2012 or a later FAA Approved revision; or Installation of Wipaire Model 13000 Seaplane Floats in accordance with Wipaire Drawing No. 7C1-3100, Revision J, dated July 20, 2012 or a later FAA Approved revision. Operations with the floats removed are permitted when the aircraft is modified in accordance with Wipaire, Inc. Drawing No. 7C1-3004, Revision H, dated July 20, 2012, or later FAA approved revisions.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
