(Aircraft Skis) (FluiDyne) (Federal) Main Skis, Model C2200, Tail Ski, Model CTF2200 or CT3000, and Parts Kit No. W-PMA-001, issued February 26, 2001, in accordance with Wipaire Skis Master Drawing List No. WSKI-001 issued February 22, 2001, or later FAA approved revisions.

Optional installation of Wipaire Skis, Inc. Tail Ski, Model AWT2500, per Drawing 11G589, Revision A, dated May 1, 1956, or Tail Ski, Model AWT2500A per Drawing 11R1002, Revision F, dated July 31, 1972, or later FAA approved revisions.

Lim itations and Conditions: 1) A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA3-180, amended December 23, 2009, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. 2) FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement dated November 6, 2000, or later FAA approved revisions required. 3) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. 4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
