Placard, P/N 13A660 is required for aircraft with an Airplane Flight Manual.

Placard, P/N 13A660-1 is required for aircraft with a pilot's Operating Handbook.

Any alteration of this ctrtifaatt is punishable by a fine of not exceeding f 1,000, or imprisonment not exceeding 3 years, or both.
