Description of Type Design Change: Change seating configuration to 80 economy class, and the installation of two auxiliary galleys at F.S. 764.5 to 784 in accordance with FAA sealed Evergreen Air Center Master Drawing List (MDL) 29.
Similation and Bondilions: The approval of this change in type design applies basically to DC-9-15, S/NS 45721, 45722, 45723 only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those previously approved modifications will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. This determination should include consideration of significant changes in weight distribution such as an increase in the fixed disposable weight in the fuselage.
