1. This modification requires FAA Approved Fairchild Flight Manual Supplement to the Pilatus Porter PC-6 series, dated July 8, 1965.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificatc to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
