This system has been determined to comply with the applicable airworthiness requirements with the following inoperative light assemblies as noted in paragraph 5.0, subparagraphs A and B, of Bruce Industries, Inc. Report Number 08275, dated March 17, 1986.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
