1. Interior modification involving the installation of a forward-facing 150 passenger seat configuration, windscreens, galley and cart stowage units in accordance with FAA-approved Pacific Southwest Airlines Master Drawing List 70-0152, Revision "E," dated April 28, 1986, or later FAA-approved revisions.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
