8.50 - 6, 6-ply tires, leaf tail spring with Scott Model 3200 tail wheel assembly, squared wing tips, and miscellaneous other design changes to airplanes S/N 195 and S/N 231, all in accordance with Arctic Aircraft Company, Inc., Report No. 2, original issue dated September 10, 1970, or later FAA approved revision. In addition, installation of revised elevator trim system, modified rudder pedals and rudder pedal mounting provisions, revised windows and skylight, and miscellaneous other design changes to airplane S/N 231 only, all in accordance with Arctic Aircraft Company, Inc., Report No.
4, original issue dated January 12, 1971, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to these design changes are considered inadequate for duplication in other airplanes. The approval of these design changes is
