Eligible on Piper Model PA-31, S/N 31-7712001 and Up.
FAA/DAS Approved Pilot's Operating Handbook Supplement, P/N 68S539, dated 5-26-77, revised 11-9-77, is required for Piper Model PA-31, S/N 31-7712001 and Up and/or later FAA approved revisions of the above supplement.
A Placard stating, "Conduct trim check prior to flight (See POH)" is required.
