A31CE Beech F90 Installation of a hydraulic landing gear retraction system in accordance with FAA Approved Aviadesign Drawing List E.O.-B9979-1, Issue 18, dated January 17, 1986, or later FAA approved revision. FAA Approved Aviadesign Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated January 22, 1986, or later FAA approved revision is required as part of this modification.

This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. This determination should include consideration of significant changes in weight distribution such as an increase in the fixed disposable weight of the fuselage. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of each airplane modified in accordance with this STC. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
