A12EA Grumman American Aviation Corporation G-1159 Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a single or dual Litton LTN-72R INS/RNAV Navigation System in accordance with FAA Sealed Western Commander, Inc., Master Drawing List No. 02000019, “D” revision, dated April 22, 1977, or later sealed revision, Western Commander, Inc. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated May 6, 1977, or Airplane Flight Manual Supplement II dated July 10, 1979, or later approved revision is required with this modification.

Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies to Grumman Model G-1159 airplanes only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
